Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Fowler, 128 South 5th Street, Fowler, CA 93625 until 10:00 a.m. June 21, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened and read at said office, for construction in accordance with the specifications therefore, to which special reference is made as follows:
