Building & Code Enforcement

The Community and Economic Development Department also encompasses the Building and Code Enforcement Division which conducts building permit review and building inspections. The department also ensures compliance with regulations set forth in the Fowler Municipal Code.

For inspection requests, email development@ci.fowler.ca.us or call (559) 834-4832. Requests are scheduled on a first-come-first-served and must be received by 4:00pm for a next-day inspection.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 12 noon and 1pm to 4pm.
