WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REPORT ONCE IT IS ACCEPTED?

If you have received a permanent case number, your report is automatically transferred into our records management system, which is the same system used by Officers in the field. The report is then assigned to that area detective. The detectives have a case load that is worked by priority. You will not hear from a detective unless they are actively working on the case and they have developed leads.
