Utility Billing
Acceptable Forms of Payments for Utility Bills are as Follows:
- Payments can still be made by mail or by:
- An online payment by visiting the city website: (fowlercity.org)
- All you need is your account number and a valid email address.
- Dropping off check/money order payment in the drop box located at the door on the east side of City Hall by the flag pole.
- Please NO CASH payments in the drop box.
